Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application development lifecycle.
- Experience in requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies to ensure application quality and performance.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
