As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also participating in discussions to address challenges and contribute innovative ideas.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Looker Data Platform, MySQL.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with data extraction and transformation processes.

Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Tableau and Looker with substantial hands-on experience.
Strong SQL query skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Business Interaction:
Capable of directly engaging with business teams and stakeholders.
Skilled in documenting requirements effectively to ensure alignment with business needs.
Domain Knowledge:
Solid understanding and experience in the Finance domain.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
