Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Experience working with Azure cloud platforms and DevOps practices. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Drive innovation and continuous improvement Professional & Technical Skills: -Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps -Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms and DevOps practices -Strong understanding of code deployment using CI/CD pipelines -Experience with automation using PowerShell and YAML scripting -Knowledge of Terraform scripting, including TFVARS, modules, and applying configurations (terraform apply) -Familiarity with Terraform and ARM templates -Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker (good to have) -Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS services -Solid understanding of cloud computing principles -Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines -Familiarity with Agile methodologies -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
