Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing software solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with team members to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL Server. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
