Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions with team members to ensure that the applications align with business objectives and user expectations, while also participating in the iterative design process to refine and enhance application features based on feedback and testing outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Participate in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet specified requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application lifecycle management tools. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and application design principles. - Familiarity with user interface design and user experience best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Maximo. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
