Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance efficiency and ensure a smooth flow of operations. You will collaborate with various teams from development through implementation, focusing on meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets while fostering a productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with resource allocation and scheduling tools.
- Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with risk management strategies and techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
