Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME for SAP projects
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Ability to define / propose process changes and to client /stakeholder interactions
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and escalate any issues or risks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Must to have experience in performance testing for SAP project using SAP protocol
- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and executing performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and analysis tools.
- Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing application performance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing of web applications.
- Familiarity with other performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
- Experience in performance testing of mobile applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
