Summary:
As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the software meets the necessary specifications and standards, contributing to the overall success of the project through effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software configuration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.
- Experience with customization and integration of software applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
