Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall quality and functionality of the software products being developed. Your role will be pivotal in translating business needs into technical specifications, ensuring that the final product aligns with organizational goals and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with user interface design and development. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for SAP applications. - Knowledge of performance optimization strategies for web applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
