Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to utilize modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing software components to improve functionality and performance, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management systems and data modeling. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
