Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring that applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging processes, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application performance and user experience. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are exceeded. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, PostgreSQL, Django. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
