Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and developing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to refine project objectives and ensure that the applications align with the overall business strategy, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in translating complex requirements into functional applications that drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement applications that meet specified business needs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in developing and maintaining integrations within the Workday ecosystem. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education Experience is mandatory in the primary skill of the RRD.
