A Customer Care Executive (CCE) acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. The role includes handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information through phone, email, and chat.

Role: Voice Process – Customer Care Executive

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree

Languages Required: English + Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Week Off

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
