- Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound interactions (calls, chats, and emails).
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, understand customer concerns, and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
