Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Gender: Male Candidates

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound interactions (calls, chats, and emails).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, understand customer concerns, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
