Customer Care Executive (CCE) – Voice Process
We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer interactions and provide excellent service. The candidate will be responsible for resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through calls.
Job Role: Voice Process
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about services
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Languages: English + Tamil / Malayalam
- Age Limit: 18 to 29 years
- Good communication skills required
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts with weekly off
