We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer interactions and provide excellent service. The candidate will be responsible for resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through calls.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about services

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
• Languages: English + Tamil / Malayalam
• Age Limit: 18 to 29 years
• Good communication skills required

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts with weekly off

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Preference: Immediate joiners

Work Location: Work From Office
