Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics (follow up on 1-star reviews)
- Basic knowledge in EXCEL (or any spreadsheets)
- Reporting in docs (or word)
