Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to handle both operations and sales functions for personal loan products. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales processes, client relationship management, and loan application processing while ensuring compliance and efficiency in operational workflows.

• Coordinate with credit, risk, and back-office teams for timely loan disbursal.
• Monitor application status and update customers accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and customer interactions.
