Job Description

Customer Engagement & Product Demo Executive


Are you a confident communicator fluent in English and Hindi who loves talking to people and explaining products? Do you enjoy engaging conversations, demos, and helping customers get real value from software? If yes — we’d love to meet you!


Role Overview

You will be the face of our software, interacting with business customers across India. Your role is to understand customer needs, give engaging online demos, handle objections confidently, and ensure customers have a great experience with our product.


Key responsibilities

  • Conduct online product demos for business customers across India
  • Engage customers confidently via phone calls and virtual meetings
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases
  • Handle rejections and objections with a positive, professional approach
  • Actively follow up with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
  • Work efficiently on computers and CRM/software tools


Skills & Requirements

  • Well-spoken, extroverted, and confident personality
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
  • Strong spoken and written English communication
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over phone and online platforms
  • Ability to handle rejection without losing motivation
  • Fast learner with good computer skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
