• Building and maintaining relationships: CREs build relationships with clients and colleagues, and deal with clients in a professional manner.
• Handling complaints: CREs are responsible for handling customer complaints and concerns, and providing resolutions. They may need to escalate complaints to their superiors.
• Identifying new business opportunities: CREs identify new business opportunities, such as acquiring new customers or upselling to existing customers.
• Making outbound calls: CREs make outbound calls using data provided, and convert calls to new business leads.
• Handling appointments: CREs manage and schedule appointments for procedures.
• Providing information: CREs inform potential clients about the company's products and services.
• Achieving targets: CREs achieve agreed personal and departmental targets.
• Ensuring service standards: CREs ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept.
