Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager will act as the bridge between the company and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints.
• Ensure timely communication regarding installation, service schedules, and product updates.
• Monitor client satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to address client requirements.
• Maintain customer database and track service/maintenance contracts.
• Assist in client retention, renewals, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business/management preferred).
• Prior experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer support.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
