Are you a dynamic, people-oriented professional with a passion for sales, client management, and business operations? We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join our growing team!

This role is ideal for someone who loves engaging with clients, understands business processes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience - 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.

• Handle sales operations - from lead follow-ups and quotations to billing and payment coordination.

• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and other documentation related to sales and client servicing.

• Generate reports, maintain CRM data, and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Support social media activities and assist in online promotions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills.

• Strong understanding and analytical abilities to grasp client needs quickly.

• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.

• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.

• Basic understanding of sales strategies and business development.

• Working knowledge of billing, accounting, and GST and GST filing basics.

• Familiarity with social media platforms for basic marketing and brand engagement.

• Experience in sourcing products and preparing quotations.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

• Experience using any Billing Software and CRM systems.

• Ability to create and interpret reports and maintain organized records.

• Knowledge of product sourcing tools or vendor management systems is an added advantage.

Additional Skills

Basic knowledge of video editing and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) is an advantage.

Additional Preference

Candidates who have knowledge of Architecture, Interior & Exterior Design, and related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
