Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Company: Woodiycraft Arts and Decors India Pvt Ltd
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Relationship Manager to handle client communication and order coordination for our customized décor and gifting products.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries (phone/WhatsApp/email)
Share quotations and confirm orders
Coordinate with design & production teams
Track order progress and update clients
Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
Follow up on payments and delivery
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Experience in customer handling preferred
