Job Description
- Customer Handling & Front Desk ManagementGreet customers professionally and understand vehicle issues and service requirements
- Provide clear explanations of service processes, timelines, and costs
- Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, and online enquiries politely
- Service Advisory & Job Card ManagementInspect vehicles along with the customer and recommend suitable services
- Prepare job cards with accurate service details and pricing
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Update customers on service status and delays, if any
- Sales Conversion & UpsellingConvert customer enquiries into confirmed service orders
- Promote value-added services, packages, and offers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales conversion targets
- Increase average billing value through effective upselling
- Billing, Collection & DocumentationEnsure accurate billing as per approved job card
- Collect payments and coordinate with accounts if required
- Maintain proper service records, customer data, and invoices
- Customer Satisfaction & RetentionEnsure customer satisfaction at vehicle delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Encourage repeat visits, referrals, and positive feedback
- Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and retention
- Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily service and sales reports
- Coordinate with inventory, technicians, and management
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, service standards, and safety norms
