Role Overview

You’ll connect with farmers and customers over phone calls, understand their needs, explain our products and services, generate leads, and close sales. This role is ideal for people who enjoy communication and achieving targets.

 Key Responsibilities

•  Make inbound & outbound sales calls
•  Explain agri-products and services to customers
•  Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets
•  Maintain customer records in CRM
•  Provide excellent customer support and follow-ups

 Requirements

•  1–2 years of telesales or customer sales experience
•  Strong communication skills in Tamil & basic English
•  Persuasive, confident, and result-oriented
•  Self-motivated with a positive attitude
