Telesales Executive

URGENT HIRING - NEED TELESALES EXECUTIVE

• Interact telephonically and via email with customers registered online in portal to understand well their business requirements
• Experienced in sales function, preferably business to business sales
• Comfortable in working with monthly sales targets
• Experienced in convincing clients to conclude a sale
• Fluent in English. Hindi and regional language knowledge is an additional plus
• Experience in SAAS business & Tele Marketing or Sales a plus
• Upto 5 years of work experience (preferred). Freshers interested in sales role can apply.
• Office located in Ganapathy / Saravanampatty Coimbatore
• Highlight the key features of the portal and encourage customers to try the features.
• Coordinate with the back-end team as required to deliver the services
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, work independently and with little supervision and complete assigned tasks successfully
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity adhere to company policy and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor
• Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM for 5 days a week. Alternative Saturdays will be working days.
• 18 days leave permitted per year in addition to public holidays
• Any other tasks assigned by the Manager/ Operations within the broad scope of the business operation.
