Job Description

Interact telephonically and via email with customers registered online in portal to understand well their business requirements
Experienced in sales function, preferably business to business sales
Comfortable in working with monthly sales targets
Experienced in convincing clients to conclude a sale
Multi-lingual, preferably fluent in both Hindi and English
Experience in SAAS business & Tele Marketing or Sales a plus
1-5 years of work experience.
Office located in Ganapathy Coimbatore
Highlight the key features of the portal and encourage customers to try the features.
Coordinate with the back-end team as required to deliver the services
Demonstrate a positive attitude, work independently and with little supervision and complete assigned tasks successfully
Demonstrate honesty and integrity adhere to company policy and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor
Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM for 5 days a week. Alternative Saturdays will be working days.
18 days leave permitted per year in addition to public holidays
Any other tasks assigned by the Manager/ Operations within the broad scope of the business operation.
