• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce our consultancy services related to overseas job opportunities.
• Inbound Query Handling: Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries regarding international employment.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about job openings abroad, including eligibility criteria and application procedures.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings between clients and our career counselors.
• Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
