We are looking for a female Customer Success Executive who is passionate about supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our services. The ideal candidate should be friendly, communicative, and eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard and guide new customers effectively
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer queries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails
• Provide regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
