Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: Coimbatore

Industry: Healthcare / Call Center

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week – Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off

Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Customer Support Executives to handle patient interactions, book appointments, and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as per request.
  • Address patient queries regarding doctors, departments, services, timings, and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in CRM/systems.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth appointment management.
  • Follow up with patients for confirmations and required documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and empathy in every interaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, call quality standards, and process guidelines.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle patient conversations with patience and empathy.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or call center is preferred but not mandatory.
