Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests within the designated timelines.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance, etc.) to resolve complex cases.
  • 13Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
