About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support / Telecaller Executives to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries, and a positive, professional attitude.
- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
- Explain products/services clearly and provide correct information.
- Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and follow up with customers when needed.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned team.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Required Skills & QualificationsAny degree (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling).
- Ability to handle calls politely and professionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in telecalling, call center, or customer support (0–1 year).
- Knowledge of CRM tools or phone handling systems.
- Soft Skills Good listening and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Patience, confidence, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary Range Based on communication skills and company standards.
