About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support / Telecaller Executives to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries, and a positive, professional attitude.

  • Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
  • Explain products/services clearly and provide correct information.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and follow up with customers when needed.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned team.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets while maintaining service quality.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsAny degree (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication in Tamil and basic English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling).
  • Ability to handle calls politely and professionally.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in telecalling, call center, or customer support (0–1 year).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or phone handling systems.
  • Soft Skills Good listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
  • Patience, confidence, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salary Range Based on communication skills and company standards.
