Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Order Management & Dispatch:

  • Handle customer orders via phone and WhatsApp from retail and wholesale clients.
  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate dispatch tracking until products are successfully delivered to customers.
  • Update customers on order progress and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.

2.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for assigned clients, managing their regular orders and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Conduct follow-ups with existing clients to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
  • Reach out to customers who have stopped placing orders, identify issues, and work on re-engaging them.

3.Feedback & Quality Assurance:

  • Contact clients post-delivery to check product quality and gather feedback.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure that any quality-related issues are resolved quickly.
  • Monitor long-term customer satisfaction to drive retention and loyalty.

4.Data Analysis & Client Insights:

  • Analyze customer orders to identify patterns and repetitive needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize service offerings based on client behavior and preferences.
  • Use insights to contribute to strategies for improving customer retention and business growth.

5.Marketing & Client Visits:

  • Assist in developing marketing offers for existing clients to increase sales.
  • While this is primarily an office-based role, occasional client visits may be required to better understand client needs and strengthen relationships.

6.Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Participate in a month-long training program to gain in-depth knowledge of our hardware products.
  • Use this product knowledge to confidently support customer inquiries and sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or client relationship management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or other order management tools.
  • Analytical skills to understand customer patterns and needs.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware products is an advantage but not required.
