- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins
- Manage appointments & bookings
- Explain spa services, packages & offers
- Ensure good customer experience
- Handle complaints politely
- Coordinate with therapists
- Maintain client records
- Upsell services & memberships
Requirement:
Good communication (English & Tamil) other language is added advantage basic computer knowledge, customer-friendly attitude (1–3 yrs experience preferred in Voice process)
