We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions, collecting gadgets from customers (both in-office and on-field), updating job details in our application, and supporting basic sales and marketing activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:Collect and receive gadgets from customers at the office and during field visits.
  • Record customer and device details accurately in the company’s application.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in basic sales activities such as promoting services and explaining offerings.
  • Support marketing tasks including sharing updates, collecting feedback, and representing the brand professionally.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for smooth job processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation of inbound devices and customer interactions.
  • Requirements:Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile phones and gadgets (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work on-field when required.
  • Basic computer and mobile app usage skills.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
