JOB TITLE : CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.Handle customer calls, emails, or chats politely

2.Understand customer issues and provide correct solutions

3.Answer customer questions about products or services

4.Resolve complaints and follow up until the issue is closed

5.Maintain customer records and update details in the system

6.Escalate issues to the senior team when required

7.Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Skills Required:

1.Good communication skills

2.Basic computer knowledge

3.Patience and problem-solving ability

4.Ability to work in shifts (if required)
