Customer Support Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Support Executive to handle daily logistics operations for our DTDC franchise. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and English, capable of managing high-volume customer queries, and coordinating with delivery partners to ensure successful "Last Mile" deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consignment Tracking: Monitor daily to track shipments and update customers.
• Customer Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails regarding delivery status, NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and complaints.
• Driver Coordination: Work closely with delivery bikers to resolve address issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• RTO Management: Proactively call customers to verify addresses for failed delivery attempts to reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO) rates.
• Backlog Clearing: Manage and respond to customer service emails and WhatsApp inquiries.

Requirements:

• Language: Must be fluent in Hindi &English (Verbal).
• Experience: 1+ years in logistics, courier services, or e-commerce support preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email), strong problem-solving skills, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
