Customer Support Executive

We’re Hiring: Telesupport Executives (CRM & Campaign Support)We are looking for energetic Telesupport Executives (Freshers & Experienced) with strong Tamil communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound support calls

• Assist customers with CRM usage & campaign creation
• Support support campaigns setup and execution
• Provide basic CRM training to customers
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Ensure excellent customer handling & satisfaction

Eligibility & Skills:Tamil language is mandatory (spoken fluency required)

• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
• Experience in telecalling / customer support is an advantage
• Basic knowledge or interest in CRM systems
• Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English/Hindi preferred)
• Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude
