Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate call records and update systems regularly
• Follow call scripts, quality standards, and company policies
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate / 10+2
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
