Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Associate (CSA) to handle client interactions related to overseas education and job opportunities. The ideal candidate will support students and job seekers throughout their enquiry and application journey while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries related to overseas education and job opportunities
• Provide accurate information about courses, countries, universities, job openings, visa processes, and documentation
• Guide clients through the initial counselling and registration process
• Coordinate with counsellors, documentation teams, and external partners
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely progress
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
• Meet daily/weekly enquiry handling and follow-up targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of overseas education or international recruitment is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications

Experience:

• Freshers can apply
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, education consultancy, or overseas recruitment preferred
