Multilingual Customer Support Executive

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally in Hindi,Kannada, and English
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English (mandatory)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate
• Experience in BPO/Customer Support is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
