Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly.

• Perform accurate data entry and updates into CRM systems, databases, or Excel sheets from source documents.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and collaborate with teams on system-related tasks

• Document and maintain customer records and documentation efficiently.

• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Handle customer grievances with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

• Verify and certify documents as required, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Investigate and address instances of misreporting, working to rectify issues as they arise.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding products, addressing any doubts or questions they may have.

• Multi tasking skills in generating and creating the daily, weekly and monthly reports. 

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

• Highly Knowledge in Excel and System related works 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Able to handle a team, member of minimum capacity of 3 persons

• Basic degree is an added advantage
