Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients/customers with their queries, booking appointments, and providing accurate information about hospital services. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients/customers.
  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per patient requests.
  • Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, services, and packages.
  • Maintain proper call documentation and update dispositions in the system.
  • Ensure high call quality, customer satisfaction, and service standards.
  • Follow call center protocols and scripts while interacting with patients.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments for patient queries and appointment confirmations.
  • Handle patient complaints and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Achieve daily targets such as call handling, appointment booking, and service levels.
  • Skills Required:Good communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Qualification:Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • 0–2 years of experience in call center or customer support preferred (Freshers can apply).
  • Working Conditions:Work from call center environment.
  • Rotational shifts may be required.
  • Must follow hospital policies and quality standards.
