Telecalling Executive- Malayalam

Urgent opening for Telesale/Telecalling/Customer care Executive- Solar company with Good salary

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage field engineers operating in the Kerala region.

2. Handle daily service schedules, assignments, and follow-ups with engineers.

3. Communicate with customers to confirm service visits, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Manage vendor coordination, including service escalations, material requirements, and task follow-ups.

5. Track and monitor service requests, pending tasks, and closure reports.

6. Maintain accurate data entry in the service software/ERP system.

7. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly service status reports.

8. Ensure timely updates to customers on job status and resolution timelines.

9. Assist in service documentation, complaint logging, and ticket management.

10. Coordinate with internal teams for spare availability, warranty validation, and process compliance.

11. Maintain strong communication between engineers, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

1. Female candidates only, with immediate joining availability.

2. Local candidates preferred (near Hopes / Singanallur – Coimbatore).

3. Age limit: Up to 35 years.

4. Mandatory: Fluency in Malayalam & Tamil.

5. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

6. Good knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office, ERP entries, service software).

7. Ability to multitask and handle field team coordination effectively.

8. Prior experience in service coordination, customer support, or field operations preferred.
