Job Description
Job Summary:Responsible for picking up and delivering parcels safely and on time while ensuring good customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up parcels from warehouse/hub
- Deliver packages within assigned area
- Verify address and contact details
- Handle COD payments (if required)
- Get customer signature / OTP confirmation
- Update delivery status in mobile app
- Report undelivered parcels or issues
Requirements:
- 10th / 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of local routes
- Smartphone usage knowledge
- Good communication skills
