Dental Consultant ( For Scientific Writing)



✅ Scientific Analysis & Scope Definition

• Analyse client requirements, manuscripts, thesis / theses, and research objectives.
• Define the scope of work clearly and instruct writers and editors accordingly.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with journal and client expectations.

✅ Client Onboarding & Task Allocation

• Support the onboarding of clients from a scientific and operational perspective.
• Allocate work to appropriate writers based on subject expertise and complexity.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) or task summaries after client discussions.
• Ensure the Operations Team follows up on MoM action points and timelines.

✅ Journal Quality & Publishing Support

• Review the quality of journal-related editing done by internal and freelance writers.
• Upload finalized manuscripts to journals as per client requirements and journal guidelines.
• Coordinate journal corrections, revisions, and resubmissions where required.

✅ Journal Identification & Sales Support

• Identify and suggest suitable journals to the Sales Team based on client profile, scope, and indexing requirements.
• Provide scientific and journal-related inputs to support sales discussions when needed.

✅ Workflow & Coordination

• Coordinate with writers, clients, and freelance editors to ensure high-quality submissions.
• Assist writers with technical or process-related queries, both journal-related and general.
• Ensure smooth and timely publishing workflow for both Indian and international clients.

✅ Writer Training & Development

• Train new writers on scientific writing standards, journal expectations, and company processes.
• Guide writers on manuscript structure, reviewer comments, and revision processes.
• Support continuous improvement in writer quality and performance.
