Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.

• Proficiency in Malayalam (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

Comprehensive Training Program

• Customer Interaction Training: Learn professional communication strategies to effectively interact with tailoring shop owners and staff.
• Tailoring Basics: Develop a solid understanding of tailoring processes, pattern-making, and customization to align the software with customer needs.

Software Operation and Demonstration

• Gain hands-on experience in Tailoring CAD Software functionality through practical training.
• Assist in software demonstrations at customer sites, gradually transitioning to independent presentations after training.

Installation and Setup

• Work alongside senior engineers to learn the full process of system installation and tailoring kit setup at customer locations.
• Ensure smooth software integration and tailor system configurations to customer-specific needs.
• After training, take full responsibility for independent installations at customer premises.

Customer Query Handling

• Support customers with troubleshooting both online and offline under the supervision of senior staff.
• Handle routine queries independently during and after training, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Travel and On-Site Support

• Accompany senior engineers to customer locations during the training phase to observe and assist in real-world scenarios.
• Post-training, take charge of on-site installations and support, ensuring all customer requirements are addressed independently.
• Travel to customer locations as required, providing professional and efficient service at their premises.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their business goals and providing tailored solutions with the software.
• Train customers on the optimal use of the software and ensure they feel confident with the system.

Independent Task Management

• After completing the training phase, handle individual responsibilities for installations, demonstrations, and query resolutions at customer locations.
• Proactively manage customer requirements during on-site visits and provide comprehensive post-installation support.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of installations, customer interactions, and issue resolutions.
• Provide detailed reports on each customer visit and installation to senior staff for review.

Performance and Growth Opportunities

• Demonstrate efficiency in handling independent installations, on-site training, and customer queries to qualify for promotions.
