Job Summary

Responsible for growing online sales of Bubbly Babies baby diapers across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, and own website through listing optimization, ads, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings (titles, images, keywords, A+ content)
• Handle Amazon & Flipkart Ads (budget, ROAS, CPC)
• Plan pricing, offers, festive sales, and promotions
• Coordinate creatives (images, videos, influencers)
• Track sales, ads, reviews, and competitor activity
• Improve ratings, conversions, and repeat purchases

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
• Knowledge of e-commerce ads & SEO
• Basic Excel & reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination
• KPIs
• Online sales growth
• ROAS & conversion rate
• Product ratings (4★+)
