Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital & Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our brand's online presence. This versatile role requires a passion for digital marketing and content creation, with essential skills in basic video production and editing for various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to drive brand awareness and engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Generate engaging, high-quality original content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms and the company website.
• Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram (Reels, Stories), TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content is optimized for each channel's specific format and audience preferences.
• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and campaigns to align with business goals and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community and provide excellent customer service.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies, integrating new features and best practices into the strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support overall marketing initiatives. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing or a related digital media role, including hands-on content creation.
• Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media content and video editing work is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tell engaging stories.
• Understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
