Job Description:

Smart Global Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute online marketing strategies. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about digital platforms and growth-driven marketing. The position follows a hybrid work model.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and post content (text, image, basic video)
• Support SEO activities (on-page & basic off-page)
• Run and monitor Google Ads and social media ads (basic level)
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain marketing reports and documentation

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Basic understanding of SEO & SEM
• Knowledge of content creation and branding
• Good communication and creative thinking skills

Mandatory Requirements:

• Laptop is mandatory
• Mobile phone is mandatory
• Must bring all required documents during the interview

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (Marketing / IT / Business preferred)
• Freshers with digital marketing certification or training are welcome
