Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on video creation and video-based marketing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, shooting, editing, and promoting videos across digital platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and create short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms

Shoot videos using mobile or camera (basic cinematography knowledge required)

Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software

Create reels, shorts, product videos, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content

Add subtitles, music, transitions, and effects as per brand style

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign ideas

Manage and execute video-based digital marketing campaigns

Analyze video performance (views, engagement, reach) and optimize content

Stay updated with latest social media trends and viral formats

Required Skills

Strong video shooting and editing skills

Knowledge of social media platforms & algorithms

Basic understanding of digital marketing & branding

Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Re-commerce / Tech / Product-based videos (added advantage)

Knowledge of YouTube SEO & Instagram Reels strategy

Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio)
